Let Our Family Help Yours.
Our Clients Matter
As a small family business, we take pride in maintaining strong relationships with our clients built on trust. Bigger firms may be able to provide more flash but will not guarantee who will be by your side in the Courtroom. If you hire us, you get us. We will be with you every step of the process to make sure justice is served.

Daniel J. Mattle, Esq.
As a former prosecutor with the Erie County District Attorney's Office, our Founder is trained to understand criminal cases at every level and every stage of the process. Daniel has handled cases related to the most serious offenses in New York State including child sexual assaults and homicide crimes. He has conducted numerous trials in front of both Judges and Juries. A case does not end with a verdict and Daniel has litigated all forms of post-conviction relief including appeals to the State's highest appellate court.

Daniel was born and raised in the small Western New York town of Nunda. He graduated from SUNY University at Buffalo in 2016, and went on to receive his law degree from SUNY University at Buffalo in 2020. Daniel understands that the legal system is not designed for people to easily understand. Each of his clients are given the time and attention they need to fully understand the landscape of their case and make informed decisions on the best way to proceed.

Daniel is admitted to practice and qualified to handle cases in any New York State Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the United States Appellate Court for the Second Circuit.
