Daniel J. Mattle, Esq.
As a former prosecutor with the Erie County District Attorney's Office, our Founder is trained to understand criminal cases at every level and every stage of the process. Dan has handled cases related to the most serious offense in New York State including child sexual assaults and homicide crimes. He has conducted numerous trials in front of both Judges and Juries. A case does not end with a verdict and Dan has litigated all forms of post-conviction relief including appeals to the State's highest appellate court.
Dan was born and raised in the small Western New York town of Nunda. He graduated from SUNY University at Buffalo in 2016, and went on to receive his law degree from SUNY University at Buffalo in 2020. Dan understands that the legal system is not designed for people to easily understand. Each of his clients are given the time and attention they need to fully comprehend the landscape of their case and make informed decisions on the best way to proceed.
